Warranty
All Nexus products are covered by a 1 year warranty. If you experience a problem with your Nexus product within the 1st year, you can claim a replacement, free of charge, provided that you can show a valid proof of purchase.
Unauthorised repairs or abuse to the unit will deem this warranty void. To avoid this, DO NOT try and repair the unit yourself. Contact us on info@nexusrange.com to report your faulty item.
We will not replace items that have been bought from 3rd party sites such as ebay and amazon at massively discounted prices.
Returns Policy
Nexus will accept products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We do ask that the item is unused and all packaging intact in order for us to process it due to health and safety reasons.
When you post your item please ensure you get proof of postage. Without it, if your product gets lost in the post, we will be unable to assist you.
Refunds
Refunds will take 1-3 working days.
