All Nexus products are covered by a 1 year warranty. If you experience a problem with your Nexus product within the 1st year, you can claim a replacement, free of charge, provided that you can show a valid proof of purchase.
Unauthorised repairs or abuse to the unit will deem this warranty void. To avoid this, DO NOT try and repair the unit yourself. Contact us on email@example.com to report your faulty item.
Nexus will accept products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We do ask that the item is unused and all packaging intact in order for us to process it due to health and safety reasons.
If you need to return an item from the UK you can do so by using our freepost address. Please email here to request it.
When you post your item please ensure you get proof of postage. Without it, if your product gets lost in the post, we will be unable to refund you.
